Rated 5 out of 5 by from Son LOVES it Received as a Christmas present in 2017, my son hasn't stopped playing with it since. He's 15moths old now and has stood on or chewed every part possible and it still works. If he's sad I just turn it on and he's happy again. The balls go everywhere but he loves chasing them. Would totally buy again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not popping My daughter got this for Christmas and unjust put the batteries today. It was super fun for about a minute. It doesn't pop and it's frustrating. Not worth having something like that if it doesn't work. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy Christmas gift was a waste of money Bought this for my son for Christmas, we didn't have batteries for it until today, but we'd already opened and assembled it so our son could play with the balls until we got batteries for it. Today I put new batteries in it, brand new batteries right out of the package, and it doesn't work. It makes sound but the balls do not pop/bounce at all. I'm pretty disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Toy This toy has been excellent. Not only is my 6 month old (who the toy was intended for) in live with it, so is my active 2 year old. He will sit and play with it for easily and hour. He cracks up when the balls come out of the mouth. We need to order another set of balls for it. This toy has been great for fine motor skills and for my boys to learn cause and effect. Putting the ball on the top level bounces it to the ground, putting it on the bottom level bounces the balls out the Dino’s mouth.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't Pop This toy is straight garbage. My daughter received it as a birthday gift yesterday and I just put it together to find that it doesn't even pop the balls. When it's turned on it makes the sound effects so I know my batteries are good. It's just the toy that sucks. (This review was collected as part of a promotion.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from An exciting toy for 5 minutes. I bought this a few days ago for my 6 month old grandson. Put it together and it worked. He played with it for maybe 5 minutes before it stopped working. Do not buy this toy because it does not work!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from double popping dino Bought this for my 6 month old grand son who got to play with it just once and loved it. The next day he was offered the toy again but this time it wouldn't pop. Complete waste of money since I had purchased it earlier and discarded the receipt.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from His favorite toy! We bought this five months ago for our son who is now 10 months old. It still pops the balls, plays music and he keeps coming back to it again and again. He absolutely loves the popping mechanism, that in itself will entertain him for 10-15 minutes without the balls. Very durable and easily withstands him knocking it over, pushing and pulling it around the house, and using for leverage to situp and push up onto his knees. Colorful, entertaining and has helped develop his fine motor skills and encourages him to crawl around to chase the balls. Would definitely purchase again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed My husband was so excited to get this for our son. The "poppin" feature worked once and that was it! Really not impressed. Plus it is all scuffed up and I just opened it. Come on Fisher Price this is pathetic. Where is the quality?!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was excited to get this for my LO because it looked like something she'd love, but was quickly disappointed. It doesn't work the way it's supposed to. The toy itself is cute and the music is too but can't give something that doesn't work a very high rating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed - Never Worked My granddaughter received this for Christmas and it has never worked. Makes a little sound but nothing entertaining and the only thing you can do with the balls is drop them in the tail and see if they fall out the mouth. I don't believe this is how this was supposed to work??

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dissapointed I bought double Poppin dino since 1 month ago, my 10 months old baby was happy about it, he spend around 15 minutes every day playing and singing with it but suddenly after 2 weeks the poppin not working anymore my baby lost interest on it. Its totally waist of money I don't recommend it for any parents it seems to work for short time only.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Huge disappointment My 9 month old was given this for Christmas and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. I had one for my daughter years ago and was a huge success she loved it which is why I suggested my parents get it for him. Definitely not worth the money. The balls don't bounce and does nothing to keep my son entertained.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after 3 days Purchased this for my 11 month old for Christmas and he loved it. After 3 days all it does is play music and no longer pops the balls out. The popper part doesn't even move, no matter what I do. Changing the batteries didn't help either so know it wasn't that. I'm horribly disappointed in this toy and hope the one I purchased for a friend doesn't have the same problem.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality I was a huge Fisher Price fan! This is why We bought this for my one year old Son's birthday, but I wish we didn't do it :( Double poppin Dino seemed like the perfect gift. He loves music, balls, bouncin' balls, poppin ones etc. When we turned it on it worked and he LOVED it! This is why I rated the interest and the fun part as excellent! But it worked for approx. 3 minutes and then it broke :( Since than it doesn't want to work...sometimes I can turn it on for half or one minute but again it brakes.... My babyson always wants to turn it on but he just gets upset and than mad when it is either not working or works for a little and breaks again..... so I rather decided to put it away :( We really loved it but we are now very dissapointed that we spent this amounth of money for something which is not working :(

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work Bought this toy for my 10 month old and it worked for about a week, then the music stopped and it wouldn't pop anymore. My son was entertained while I was actually working. Called customer service and they were very nice and helpful. Offered to send a new one at no charge and once I returned the original they'd send a $15 voucher towards another toy. Just received the replacement today and it doesnt work! Makes the same noise over and over with no music or popping again. Extremely disappointed and this has been a huge pain. I just want a toy that does what it's supposed to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun! ... When It Works The Double Poppin' Dino was easy to assemble. When turning on for the first time, the balls did not bounce, but the tunes played. Even after turning it off and on again (per the instruction sheet) and batting the roller, it still did not bounce. Nevertheless, baby girl bopped to the music and tossed the balls in anyway. Sometimes she'll bat the roller and the balls will pop and it's fun, but even if it doesn't bounce, she enjoys the tunes. Overall, cute toy and she seems to like it even when it doesn't work! Rated 2 out of 5 by from Never could get it to work So I received this product for free from the play and review program. It arrived in the mail, we put 3 C batteries in, did not work. So we went out and bought new C batteries, still did not work. I called Mattel and told them the issue, they said they would send me a new one, but never have. The dinosaur came with a bunch of little balls that my 10 month old son loves to roll around and bang together. He also likes to turn the dinosaur over and bang it on the floor. So I cannot say how he would like if if it actually worked. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very engaging! My 9 month old is very entertained by this. He loves the music and dances to the beat. He loves chasing those little balls around and I noticed that he favors the bright colors more. I've put this in his play yard to limit the area he crawls around in as this toy bounces the balls all over the place. I appreciate that the Dino has no sharp edges even though there are a lot of curves to it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Double poppin Dino - ok product Easy to assemble Bright color made it attractive to my little one , he's 10 months old. It's small so doesn't take up much space . The balls are small and easy for him to grasp. The Dino doesn't pop sometimes , so I turn it off and then back on and it works fine. Once the dinosaur starts popping it pops the balls all over the place . My little one wasn't interested in putting the balls In the holes , he was fascinated with the yellow rod that made the dinosaur vibrate . He was more interested in what was making the balls pop . We've only had it for a few weeks but he seems to be more interested in his other toys . The toy was received in exchange for my honest review . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Age Appropriate The toy was ordered for a 10 Month old child. He has figured out how to spin the side roller to make the popping start and he loves to just watch the motion and put his hand on the center piece that moves. He does not put the balls on it yet but will help when we play with it together. I would say it is a good toy for him. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cutest toy! I love this little dino! The colors are very vibrant which I think makes the little ones more inclined to check it out! The music is upbeat and my son love to dance to it, I like how the balls can fly out in any direction making it fun to see where they are gonna go, the only thing I really didn't like was that the popper itself is kinda noisy but when you have the volume turned up you barely notice it and it does go very fast so if you put a ball on top and it hits the popper they just fly right out but I'm sure that is what it is meant to do. We did also put the balls on the bottom and they mostly just come out the sides, I would like to see them come out of the mouth more too I'm sure if they were placed right they would do that. I love that the balls are vibrant colors too and I like that they have little designs on them and aren't just plain. My 10 month old loves to play with this toy and it will keep him busy for at least 15 mins at a time before he moves on to something else. I received this product for free in exchange for my unbiased review [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Loved the music This was for my 10 month old granddaughter. She loves the music and loves to turn the bouncing movement on, but doesn't really play with it that much. I think it would be much better for about 6-9 month olds who aren't walking yet. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Interactive fun! We received this toy a few days ago and it has quickly become a new favorite! Our daughter is 11 months old and loves to chase the balls as they pop out of the musical Dino. There are two chambers where the balls "pop" from - the top chamber and the bottom chamber - from the bottom you can return the balls via the Dino's tail or his "belly" and sometimes they will roll out of his mouth but we've found most of the time they pop right back out from the middle of the Dino. Be ready to chase the balls and help your little one, if they are younger. The toy comes with six balls that are the perfect size for little ones and they tend to roll everywhere on the wood floors but do not go far on carpet. The Double Poppin' Dino is a good toy that keeps our daughter chasing the balls and eventually tires her out. If you are looking for an interactive fun toy and one that is simple to put together, I would highly recommend this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Entertaining for babies and older kids too! My 11-month old is intrigued by this toy- she really loves to look inside it and feel the bouncing mechanism, which in turn dumps out all the contents in an adorable way. We enjoy putting lots of toys inside- not just the balls that came with it, but also other small blocks and things (it fits the blocks from the Fisher Price Baby's First Blocks perfectly, and they are less likely to roll as far on our wood floors), and it does encourage her to crawl after them when it pops them out. She also likes placing larger objects inside to hear them clack on the plastic, and enjoys the music and sounds. I think she'll grow into it and love it even more as she figures out what she can do with it. My friend's 4 year old also came over and asked if he could play with it-- his approach was to ask us to turn it off, load it up with toys, and then turn it on to see what happens (the blocks usually trigger the bouncing mechanism if the product is switched on). He really liked packing it absolutely full and watching. Overall, a fun toy that I think will continue to be entertaining as my daughter gets older-- plus it was super easy to assemble and I was pleasantly surprised that is not a huge toy, so I can store it for the next kid. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dino-fun My 11 month son just started crawling- this toy came at the perfect time! The balls roll everywhere which gives him an opportunity to crawl after them. Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's ok It is an ok toy. The balls fly off the top and go everywhere. The motor is really loud, when you turn the sound down all you hear is the motor. My daughter likes it for a few minutes, since the balls don't stay contained at all, once they disappear, she is done with it. It is really low to the ground, so balls really don't come out of the dinos mouth. It was really easy to put together. The only issue I had was that there was a screw that was supposed to attach the face to the body, but the screw hole was too big, so it never attached tightly. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy for little ones to play with This was relatively easy to put together, just snap a few parts together and put in a screw. I needed to unscrew the battery compartment to put in batteries (not included) - seems like it would work just as well with AAs rather than three C batteries though. My 10.5-month-old is still in the stage where he wants to empty everything rather than filling it, but he actually put a couple of the balls onto the bouncing part. He mostly just put the balls in his mouth though. The vibration (the open surface in the dino and also on top both vibrate/bounce) was enough to send the balls all over, so unless you want to chase them around I'd suggest playing in a small, contained area like a playyard or inside a baby gate. The dino is cute and fortunately has two volume levels, so the lower one isn't too bad. Not sure it's worth the MSRP of $30, but it's a cute toy and will definitely keep my little one entertained for awhile, as he goes from just gumming the balls to putting them on the dino to watch them bounce. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun Toy The toy was very easy to put together! When my husband and I first turned it on the balls from the top went everywhere. We thought that they would bounce more inside the toy or go down to the bottom part. Then after reading the box we realized they are suppose to quickly fall out of the top. My daughter is 9 months and has been playing with it for a week now. She crawls over and plays with it daily. She knows how to make the toy go off and to put the balls in the top layer or to drop it on the tail slot. She also likes to play with they yellow bar part that makes the top and bottom layer jump. Our concern was that she might burn the motor up cause she holds it down. The other thing we noticed is the balls don't roll very far when they come out of the mouth when it is on the carpet. Overall my husband and I love to join our daughter playing with The Double Poppin" Dino. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the colorful balls! I introduced this toy to my son on his 9 month birthday. He spotted it across the room and crawled right over to it. Rated 2 out of 5 by from not my babies fav I received the Double Poppin Dino free to review. My son is 9 months old. Initially it had his attention, but once the balls popped out of the Dino he seemed to be more intrigued with the yellow thing in the middle that makes the balls pop out. He pushes it down and holds it to feel it bounce. He does love to play with the balls but once they pop out, banging them together but he doesn't care about trying to keep putting them back in once they pop out, probably because they pop put as soon as he places them in the Dino and since they pop all over the place once he crawls to get them he forgets about going back to the Dino and either hits the balls together, on something or puts them in his mouth. This is definitely not his favorite toy, but my baby is really active. I have to say I tried playing with it with him and he still does the samething. He generally ends up crawling away or just touching the yellow thing that bounces or playing with the balls by themselves. Maybe if the balls stayed in long enough for him to see them bounce up and down before they bounce out the Dino to the floor he would be more interested in it [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute and fun This Dino is a cute toy. My daughter is 11 months old and has fun putting the balls in the butt and watching them come out the mouth. Once she throws all the balls out of reach she still enjoys pushing the popping thing on top. The only thing is I wish it came with 12 balls instead of 6. I do like that the balls are a little smaller than regular ones so she can hold them better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun and exciting Very cute and fun. My 9 month old loves going after the balls. The mouth is a little close to the ground so the balls the come out there get stuck. Other from that it is great option. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Took my son a while to warm up to this toy. He wanted to like this toy so much at first. Balls, bright colors, and annoying sounds. His favorites. However he just didn't take to the balls jumping out and rolling away so quickly. Even the 12 year old was having trouble keeping up when he was "helping" him. So we found some heavier balls that we had and starting using them as well. It added some more annoying sounds and that seemed to help the entertainment value. I don't see my son playing with this on his own but with older sister and brothers getting involved he found it fun to watch and play. I am interested to see what he does as get gets older. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Learning Opportunities We just got back from vacation and had the Double Poppin' Dino waiting at our front door. My granddaughter enjoys playing with the balls but she likes to grab the yellow stick in the middle. She is ten months old and I was a little worried about the popping noises scaring her but she really likes to grab the balls and the noise doesn't scare her at all. I would recommend this toy for her age group. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dino Poppin' is dynamite My son has found great entertainment with the Double Poppin' Dino. He loves picking up the balls, they are a perfect fit for his 9 month old hands. I think over time it will help with his motor skills. His 8 year old cousin also had fun playing with him and demonstrating how to place the balls into the Dino. It was very easy to assemble and provides endless entertainment. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Double Poppin' Dino The Dinosaur is very cute. The songs it plays are pleasant to listen to, but overall this is a very loud toy that gets very irritating after a while. Since this toy has two levels--both bouncing areas are very small. The balls almost immediately bounce out of the top level. Once the balls roll away she just wants to push on the bouncing surface. The balls remain in the lower level a bit longer, but it is difficult for her to watch and interact with the bouncing balls in the covered lower level. She wants to tip the dinosaur on it's side so she can see in. We have played with the Fisher-Price Go Baby Go Poppity Pop Dino (which is the same concept with only 1 popping surface) and she will watch/interact with the Poppity Pop Dino for a much longer time than the Double Poppin' Dino. My daughter is 10 mo. (she crawls and is on the verge of walking), but doesn't yet chase after the balls/bring them back to put back into the Dino. Maybe in time, she will have more fun running after the balls as they fly out of the Double Poppin' Dino? [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Really Fun Toy This toy is very entertaining for my granddaughter. The joy she shows just waiting to see where the ball will come from next and she dances to the musical sounds. Its a toy that definayely keeps her busy by dropping in the balls. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very engaging I like this product's music and design. My son enjoys picking up the balls and putting them back in the Dino to start it all over again. It also gets him moving all over since the balls pop out and roll away. Keeps him entertained for quite awhile, he plays the longest with it if someone helps retrieve the balls and fills it back up. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dino's fun My 11 month old gravitated to the Dyno as soon as I turned it on. The balls are the perfect size for his grasp and he placed them on the top level of the Dyno without me even showing him. He was entertained & I was thankful to have a couple mins to myself [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Colorful bouncing balls! On my son's 9 month birthday, he spotted the dino for the first time and immediately crawled right over to it. He loved the colorful balls! They were a great size for him to grasp. He loved chasing after the balls as they went popping all over! Assembly was very easy, which I appreciate! Rated 1 out of 5 by from Easily broken 12 month old grabbed the top and it quit "poppin" and has to be fixed every time anything bumped it. Very disappointed. Will be trying to buy something else.
