Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I bought this for my one-year-old granddaughter. When We put it together we were very disappointed in how small it was. Also does not open up as easily as described. I unfortunately will be returning it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not safe Oh how the quality of little tikes has changed over the years. This is not the solid plastic used on previous products. This is a flimsy product that does not give ample support to the child. The design is flawed. If you have the mailbox door open you can’t open the front door properly. The mailbox also can be pulled right off by a small infant. We had a little tikes garden years ago and it was solid and well made. That is not the case with this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would recommend this toy highly!!! Babies love it. Granddaughter is 1 years old. Starting to climb up and walk holding on to thing. This toy is perfect. Strong enough to support her crawling and climbing. She is really busy with this toy.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Activity Garden I recently was given one of these and we all were very excited to use it. When we assembled it, to our surprise we noticed we were missing a few accessories. When I called to see what I could do, they were happy to replace them for me and add the Garden Playset to my list of toys I already have.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this for my 9 month old boy! This is great for my 9 month old. He loves to crawl into the little house and play with all the little features. My only complaint is that it's not stable enough for him to pull himself up. Otherwise it's a super fun toy for him to explore on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MoreThan I Expected My ten month old grandson was coming to spend his first weekend with Grandpa and Grandma, we wanted a climbing, sliding, outside toy for him. The item I chose was not available until after his visit, disappointed I purchased this one instead and I am so glad I did. He loved, loved, loved it. He was entertained for hours climbing in and out, (we set it up to be enclose) playing with the mailbox putting things in and out, opening and closing the doors and shutters, letting the balls drop into the hole and roll through. Two weeks later we took it to his house for a weekend and again he played with it for hours. It was easy to assemble, easy to lock together and unlock for storage and travel. It held up to all of his climbing, hanging onto, and leaning on, so good construction, just make sure you put the toy together per instructions and tighten all screws correctly.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This is very rickety and unsteady for Little Tikes My daughter loves to pull herself up on the walls of this toy and the ball drop play. Considering she's only a year and it's very rickety, I'm concerned about her injuring herself or at the least, the longevity of the center.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product , basic assembly mishap As a first time mommy! I got over excited and bought this as an early gist for my 4 month old, he sits in his sit me up bumbo chair and loves this thing. BUTTTT.... little tikes did not put the holes were screws are suppose to go in some areas and some screws are to big for the holes they did make.... so it's not that sturdy or safe. At this age now for him it may be but when he grows and learns to grab and want to put everything in his mouth I worry.... good quality but that was the only concern. Assembly is also semi hard NEED at least 2 people and plan to spend 30m-1hr doing this. Needs screws everywhere!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I wish I could return This would be a great toy except for the "removable panel for take along fun". My child has leaned and used it to stand (he is crawling and learning how to stand) and the removable panel has flipped forward. He has fallen forward out of the activity center on his face a couple of times. Needless to say, we don't play with it very often. When I do, I don't let him play with it unless I'm sitting in front of this panel. He's not Superbaby with incredible strength, it flips easily. The panel should lock into place. I want to return it but I don't have the box.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this garden This is a great activity center for babies crawling and toddlers. Leave it open for those that are starting to crawl and close it for those that are about nine months old. They crawl through the slide to get in and slide out. Holds their attention for hours.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 6 mo old grandbaby girl loved this product My daughter puts her 6 mo in the center of the Activity garden and she loves it. She has plenty to hold her attention and it helps her when she starts to topple over from sitting so she doesn't completely fall over.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this garden! Safe, sturdy and loads of fun. Love this product, my granddaughter is 14 months old and plays with hers daily. Hours of entertainment, safe and durable. Well worth the money spent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from So so many peices I'm wearing tired on having to assemble so much of little tikes products, I don't mind snapping slot a into slot b. but its very evident that we have become the assembler in these products. There is no reason these panels could not have been shipped assembled ready to merely screw together, especially for the cost of this product. Plus the plastic is clearly inferior in being weaker walled and again I don't expect this to have a long last life.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 3 year old and 8 month old love this toy! Got this Activity garden for my 8 month old daughter she loves it and so does her 3 year old brother... she loves opening and closing the door the most and I love that there is a gap beside the door to keep little hands safe... she uses every part of the toy already except the telescope. crawling around and through and standing... my son who is three loves the telescope and uses it as a little house by answering the door, checking the mail etc .... the shutters are also great fun for peek a boo.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lots of fun This product exceeded my expectations. My one-year-old dtr loves playing w it. The phone dials a variety of animals, instead of just leaving a dead line. She is busy opening and closing doors and shutters, crawling in and out through the door, slide, and even window, and walking around to gather the balls for the balldrop. Just about the only thing she doesnt use is the telescope.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I have worked with ... I have worked with toddlers for many years as a toddler teacher and now have a 9 month old daughter we bought this for her for Christmas as I was putting it together I was very disappointed it is very flimsy and cheap the screws " holding it together" barely did that I continued hoping I was wrong about the toy and the end result the toy would feel sturdy and safe seeing how anyone with a baby or toddler knows their child's going to be leaning on and climbing all over it . when I was done putting it together the way the directions had told me I knew there was no way it could take a 9 month old leaning on it even a little not to mention the mailbox and shutter window hinges were very stiff and the door was not big enough for her to fit through. The toy may have been a little bit sturdier with it in the closed position but it was so small she wouldn't have for inside .. I don't know how this toy said to be up to 36 months when my 9 month old is too big for it I was so disappointed I waisted 80 on it I do not recommend this toy to anyone big waist of money

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My grandma bought my ... My grandma bought my 17-year old daughter an adorable Little Tikes garden when she was little, so I'd been waiting for a good price to get this for my son. Although my son was a preemie, he is now an average 12-month old. He is having a great time playing with this toy, and it's easy for me to play peek-a-boo with him while we're playing as well! I'm sure he will use this garden for quite a while longer, although it is much smaller than the garden my daughter had. The cat thinks it's his new house too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GREAT FEATURES I bought this about a month ago for my 7 month old boy and he loves it, he likes it because he can stand and hold on to it and walk around it, he crawls in it and he likes the activity board and the mail box...I would have likes to see more music or sounds on it though, there is only one sound and its a button for a bird sound. Overall great!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Versatility!!! This is the first Little Tikes you that I bought and put together myself. The directions were very easy to follow and assembly was very easy, took about 30-45 minutes! I LOVE how the walls of this product can be arranged in a variety of different ways. This is great for play as my son grows and for placing in different areas of our house! Great product!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun Toy I bought this for my daughter's first birthday and both she and her 4-year-old brother really loved it. She has a blast climbing all over it and using all the different toys. It took a little while to put together because there are quite a few things to screw together, but it was easy enough to follow the instructions to do it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fun for TWINS! I bought this for my Twin Grandson's for last Christmas. They were 10 months old and it was "perfect" for them. I was looking for something that they could both play with together without fighting over the toy. From the time they saw it, they LOVED it! I put it out of the way while we were opening the rest of the gifts and they crawled over to the chair that I had it sitting on and tried pulling it down. I was hoping that they would like it, but they really went bananas over it! I'm searching for another item for this coming Christmas. Not sure how to top this one! :)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great toy but too small I am a nanny and the little girl I take care of just received this for her 1st birthday. She loves playing in it! However, it is way too small for her to sit in it and she is only on the 20 percental for weight and height. There is no way my sons at that age would of fit in there.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The description is not true I am fooled by the little tikes website. The activity garden does not come with the learning clock and Learn numbers in English, Spanish or French with the press of a button. If you want those features, don't purchase this one, purchase the Discover Sounds Activity Garden. My 2 years old son is Disappointed because he wants to play the phone and the clock, but he likes to open and close the door again and again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Little House / La Casita My baby boy absolutely loves it. When we walk into the room and he sees his "little house", his face lights up & wants play in it right away. He is one year old and is beginning get curious about how things work and move; this is a good entry-level toy for that. I like that even when he sticks his pacifier/blocks/etc in the ball slots, it is not difficult to remove. Easy to put together & reconfigure.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Super activity set Our 1 year old great grandson loves this. Due to the hot Texas weather, we Use it inside, but will take it outside when it is cooler. There are so many things to engage him that it works very well. The one thing that needs to change is that yellow arch. It is too short for kids who have not been used To lowering their heads to crawl into something. Other than that, we are very happy with this purchase and will probably buy another when we have other babies in the family arrive.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Creativity & Cognitive Growth Bought for my 4 1/2 month old Grandson, who was just sitting up. He loved it immediately. Aided in his balance and walking skills. He is now 21 months, and it is still his favorite toy. Slide is small, but he still uses it, and races cars on it. I wanted to buy a bigger house, but he did not want a new one. Aides in both large and small motor skills, creativity and spatial awareness. Helps teach colors, shapes and numbers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My son loves it! My son, 7 months at the time, was given this for Christmas last year. Right away he taught himself how to drop the balls down and collect them at the bottom. At almost 13 months, it is still one of his favorites! The ONLY complaint that I have is that the part with the shudders has to be installed backwards for it to screw in, so they open towards the child instead of out. GREAT for indoor play!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for core building I bought this for my 8 month old. Wanted to get something that would engage him in sitting by himself. It works great he loves it. Not to mention my 3 year old plays with him using this toy. My 8 month old loves the ball drop and the three shapes that go in the mail box. He also likes the phone and all the sounds. My 3 year old likes to pretend he is a pirate and he likes to use the clock to tell time. It was not hard to put together. You can put it together two ways. I am using the open way for now because I sit behind my son so he won't fall back. When he can sit and catch himself I will put it to the closed way. Love this toy!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Learning Toy???? I bought this for my son's first birthday. My husband and I spent two hours piddling and playing as we put it together. Assembly wasn't difficult, but was a time investment. I really think my son will love playing with it. However, within 5 minutes of having it completely assembled, my husband began pushing the phone buttons. Here's what we have learned from a toy that PROMOTES learning. 1 = three 3 = one 4 = six 6 = four 7 = nine 9 = seven Really!? Highly disappointed in Little Tikes quality control on this one. My answer below depends on how LT handles my complaint on Monday morning. I'm hoping it's a simple fix that doesn't require much effort and hurdle jumping on my end.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More fun than we imagined.... We purchased this as a first birthday present for our daughter. It's been so much fun! Rated 4 out of 5 by from Full of engaging features The activity garden has many wonderful features. My 11-month old twins love the door, mailbox, window shutters, and the balls and shapes that come with this product. The main drawback is that the structure is too small and lightweight. If it were scaled a little larger, it would be ideal. (For example, the slide is only a few inches tall, and my babies have to squat down to look through the window.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed Great learning toy, although I have to keep it assembled in the square closed position or it's to flimsy it tips over or gets pushed over when the children pull themselves up on the end by the mailbox, which is a shame because more children can play at a time in the open position.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great activity toy Bought this for my granddaughter at six months and sat her in middle. She immediately started to touch every side and activity. Could not use balls yet but loved phone and pushing buttons. She is now nine months old and can use every activity including climbing in and out. She has literally played in this everyday for hours and it is the only toy she has that holds her interest. There are so many sides that she never gets bored. Also love that it opens up as she gets older so she can crawl around all sides.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from adorable playhouse I think this playhouse is plenty sturdy. I do wish the arch over the slide was higher, but my 10 month old daughter just figured out how to crawl through it! She tried again today but couldn't remember to duck under the arch and started crying b/c she was just bumping her head into it. The arch above the window should be padded b/c if she is trying to get something that she dropped out the window, she bangs the top of her head into the hard plastic edge. I sit with her while she plays so i can distract her so she'll stop. She loves to play peek a boo with me through the shutters. She did pinch her hand trying to close the one shutter while the other one was shut.. i had to remove her hand and it had a white line from being squeezed in the shutters. There is a hole design in the shutters, but she didnt pull the shutter closed there. She loves to sit outside of it and play with the mailbox and doorbell. The telephone is great and has 3 languages. Get a playmat to put under it, like a tummy time mat fits perfect. She puked in it and the mat made for easy clean up. They should include one! She loves to pull up on the handle to the phone. When she gets bigger though I could see her toppling over it. Also, the front door does not latch, so when using with a younger baby, even my 10 month old, i have been using a baby grand piano to anchor and block the door opening. She likes it because she can play with her piano at the same time. She could get hurt by toppling out through the door until she is strong enough to crawl in/out. She just now started playing with the ball return feature. It is cute. Overall this playhouse is great but use with supervision. Oh and I put her tummy time pillow behind her as she sits in it otherwise she can fall back and hit her head on the slide. Last week she was pulling up on the phone toy and then let go. Her dad said good job to me for having that pillow behind her. It saved her head from hitting that plastic slide!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it My one year old love this toy. She likes to play with every part of it. It's also great because she crawls through it and also uses it to help her stand and walk. My two year old also uses the phone, doors and windows to play. It's not too big to put in any room, yet is big enough to keep the kids busy. I searched for a birthday gift for my one year old because she already has every kind of toy. This was perfect. It's different and entertaining.

I searched for a birthday gift for my one year old because she already has every kind of toy. This was perfect. It's different and entertaining.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Wonderful My son is 15 months and LOVES this - he likes to open & shut the door/shutters. He loves the ball feature and talks on the phone all the time. My husband was afraid it was "too baby" for him but this toy really grows with your child! We love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from She loves it :) My daughter got this for Easter from her grandparents and is now 11 months old. She loves this toy! We currently have it set up in the 4 walled house design (and have not set it up any other way yet) and she loves to crawl in and out, open the shutters, and pull her other toys inside. It could be a little bigger, and my dad mentioned that I was a little wobbly when spread out, which is why I gave it 4 stars. But all-in-all, we love our garden house!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as great as it looks We were very excited to get this for our 8month old! But for the money it's kinda flimsy! Thought it would be more sturdy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too small We bought this for our daughter's first birthday. If it was bigger it would be fine. We had to remove the archways from the doorway and slide. Otherwise it would be impossible for her to walk/slide under. It turns out she doesn't use the slide anyway because it is too small. We kept it because we already put it together and there are a lot of features she really enjoys. She likes the ball drop and shutters a lot. Her older cousins came over and enjoyed it too for a little bit, go figure. If it wasn't for the few wasted features I would have given it a higher rating. Had there been reviews when I was shopping for it, I would have went with something else.
