Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice product! I like that it's three in one stacking towers. Quality of the product is good. Squares tower is still complicated for my son but he really enjoys stacking two other towers. Also great way to teach basic colors or even counting. We also stack upside down, from small to big.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Piece split in half My two year old son received this stacker for Christmas 2015. He was playing with the stacker today when the top red octagon piece split in half resulting in a splinter! I am sure it was just a poor piece of wood, but he was upset one of his pieces broke and so I was I, because we geninely love this stacker. We love the stacker and it keeps this busy toddler entertained for long periods of time. He sits and sorts the shapes by shape and color, which is exactly why we asked for it for Christmas. It develops his motor skills and is really fun for him.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from love the to, questions about paint My partner brought this home from a trip for my daughter who is turning two soon. We were really excited about it, it looks really fun and the squares seemed like a great challenge since they are single direction oriented. I am very disappointed by the fact that not only is there no info readily available about the what the paint is made of (especially since everything goes in a kids mouth) but one of our pieces was chipping when we got it and there is some kind of white base underneath. I feel like I have to be extra alert with this toy to keep it out of her mouth. I get that this product "meets gov requirements" but honestly that could mean anything with the way bureaucracy works, GMOs are "legal" here for direct consumption and there aren't long term health studies available. plus they are banned in other countries. I know this seems like an off topic rant but I just want to make it clear that "government approved" does not tell me that this won't affect my child or what exactly may be a potential for me to monitor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My 11mo old loves this! This is a great toy. I like how the rods are the same size so any piece can be put on in any order on any rod with the exception of the 3 toppers. For my 11 month old he is just learning to get the pieces on the rod. It is not frustrating to him since they all fit. There are some sorters that only allow the shapes to go on in the large to small order. This is very durable just like all the M&D wooden classics.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great toy I bought this for my son, who loved to stack the different shapes. He was a bit young, but grew into the idea of either sorting by size or shape. It is a sophisticated toy. Unfortunately, the toy kept breaking. The sticks didn't hold up and we kept using wood glue to put them back in. I called Melissa and Doug and though the toy was back ordered, customer service sent us something instead. So, it might be disappointing that the toy didn't last, at least Melissa and Doug stands behind their products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For kids and adults I love to play with this toy as much as my kids. It appeals to the little bit of OCD in everyone. That being said, the kids love it too. It's the type of toy that I will pack up and save for my grandchildren. Great for learning shapes, colors, matching and motor skills. Use it with or without the pegs, and it's fun to put back together before putting it away.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love love love this My son absolutely loves this toy. He's a year old and he loves mixing and matching the toys on the pegs. He doesn't meet the age requirements but he has no problem assembling any of the puzzles. I would recommend this to anyone. It keeps him busy for long periods and is very durable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Toy This is the first M&D toy I've ever had for my son. I became the fan of Malissa & Doug after having this toy. It's sturdy, colorful, and fun to play. My son spent a lot time to play with this toy although he is only 11 month old.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for infants We have a ten month old boy who is fascinated by the toy. As with most infants, everything goes to the mouth. This results in rinsing off the blocks. The paint has flaked off of the blocks and becomes a health issue. Would not recommend for infants and small children until the finish issue is resolved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for little ones We adore our Melissa & Doug stacker. Our daughter has had so much fun playing with it. We use it not jsut for stacking, but for color and shape sorting. So many lessons to teach when using this toy. It is very well made and the colors are fun and gender neutral.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from great pre math skills I bought this for my preschool classroom. I loved the different shapes for the kids to work on sorting and stacking. I wish these three pegs were seperate on thier own boards, in three different units. Only one child can play at a time. Hopefully one of the handy dads can saw them apart for better use in our classroom. Still a great item, but better suited for home use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for sorting This is very good for sorting activities and for hand/eye coordination. This toy is also good for size determination and ordering. I am the partent of twins as well as an older child. One of my children has cerebaral palsey and this toy is good for getting her to learn grasping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the quality! I love this product for therapy use for kiddos of varying ages with developmental delays. This has been durable (most of the kids are boys!) and has lasted both in play and attention. As I treat children in their homes, it would be great to have a container for transporting - it is odd shaped for most boxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful toy We love the wooden toys from your company. We bought the Geometric Stacker for our baby when he was only 6 months old, and it was his favorite toy then and continues to be his favorite toy now at 10 months. He loves taking the blocks off of the pole even though he can't put them back on yet. He also loves banging together the wooden pieces and when he crawls around the house, he often has one piece in each hand and make a loud banging sound when he crawls around. Every morning I name the colors of the pieces as I put them back on the pole, and then he promptly takes them off. Thank you for providing such a colorful and fun toy for our baby!
