Rated 5 out of 5 by from These things are great!! Love it! Love it!! Love it!!! I bought these for both my grandson's 7 and 9 and they just love them. They took to them right a way with ease. It's strange how they work but boy do they work. We call them the wiggle bikes. The kids like them because they turn on a dime and they are a lot of fun. The oldest never did learn to ride a bike and was so afraid of falling. Now look at him go :) maybe too much of a daredevil now (don't let MOM know) I am so happy to see them enjoy themselves and have more confidence. I'm hoping this will also help with the bike riding and the electric scooter they are afraid of. This is one of the best purchases I have bought them! and here at indgo/chapter was the best price too. No regrets here :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Churi The Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter is a beautiful three wheeled scooter that your children will love it. I give it to my 7 year old son and he was amazed with it only at his first sight. It is not difficult to use it, first the young person or little kid has to stand up and simply start to move the body and legs from one side to another, he or she should balance their hips and legs while is above the scooter, leaning to the left or right and making it turn, then when thet feel more confidence they could start making more movements and different rides My kid at first was afraid to ride it but soon he felt that this is a safe device and took confidence so he didn't felt like he was going to fall off. This scooter provides a much smoother ride than it looks like it would. I as mother, am very happy with it also I like so much because it is not electric, and when you ride it you have to make it move so it gives you exercise and in this time, that technology and sedentary lifestyle is present always, exercising and interacting with others. is so necessary. Another important feature, besides having a beautiful design and bright colors is that the quick response hand brake offers kids increased control and ensures a safe ride. This scooter is very solid weight and very easy to storage thanks to its twist and stow folding system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MeInKentucky I received the Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter (Black/Red) just a couple of days ago, and was so excited for my grandchild. The shipping weight was only 22 pound. It it is light weight enough that it can be easily collapsed and put in the trunk or the back seat of a car for transportation to a park or a friend's house for fun. There was very minimal assembly required. At first I was a little concerned when I opened the box. The direction manual had one 2 ended wrench in it and the manual. The directions showed an allen wrench and I was worried I might not have one to fit the scooter. Turned out, it comes pre-assembled that you don't need that part of the directions. The only thing I had to attach was the handle bar, two screws and it was done! Nice! The directions in english were very few pages, almost all diagrams for assembly, and a How to care for the scooter page or two. I do wish it would have come with even minimal riding directions, such as how to make it go, etc. I did run across directional videos on YouTube that showed how to hold your body before applying the brake for added safety, etc. So, make sure your rider goes online to watch them, it can only add to their enjoyment. The scooter is very sturdy, and the price is in accord with the quality. If I was younger, I'd hop right on, too! I would buy another without thinking twice about it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from lafren1 I chose the Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter because it looked unlike any scooter I'd seen before and it is advertised as being self propelled. As I now have grandchildren I thought it would be something cool to have at the house for them to use. The scooter arrived in a nicely packaged box and inside I found the scooter pretty much fully assembled and folded in half. The red color is bright and attractive. Accompanying the actual scooter was a velcro strap to keep the scooter secure once it is folded, an instruction booklet and a separate little plastic package with a small wrench in it. All that was required for assembly was to secure the handlebar. I have to admit that the instruction booklet left something to be desired. It was 20 or so pages long but in actuality it was only 2 pages each of a number of different languages. The 2 pages I could read talked about caring for your scooter and then it listed a number of warnings but no where did it tell you how to actually assemble the scooter or how to ride the scooter, which I found pretty weird. There was a separate piece of paper reflecting how to assemble the scooter and a picture of the parts that I should have received but what it showed was not what I received. The parts list included an allen wrench, 2 screws and some sort of part when in fact all I received was the little wrench. It was almost like I got an older instruction manual with a newer model of the scooter because the assembly was different that stated. Fortunately, I was able to figure out how to attach the handle bar by myself. All that was required was to remove the 2 screws holding the bracket on the handle bar together, place the handle bar in the proper position and re-attach the bracket with the screws using the little wrench. There are screws on the wheels as it shows in the picture in the instruction manual that are adjusted with an allen wrench but as mine did not come with one I used one I had at home to make sure they were tight. To fold and unfold the scooter there are knobs on the front wheels that you tighten and un-tighten. That was pretty much it for assembly. The scooter says it holds 175lbs, which is more than I thought. There is a hand break on the right side of the handle bar for quick stopping that came fully assembled and already attached. While it now looked good assembled, I still had no idea how to ride the thing. I actually had to google how to ride it and found a video on youtube that showed a young boy riding it. I have to admit that I was a little nervous to get on the thing but all you have to do to get it to go is to push off with one foot to get some momentum then once you are up you need to move your legs back and forth sideways at the knees, kind of like skiing and the scooter just goes. The wheel at the front of the scooter turns 360 degrees and I found that it turns really quickly and smoothly. I found riding it quite fun and I suppose you could even burn a few calories if you took it out for any distance. I had my 8 yr old niece try it out and she loved it! I would highly recommend wearing safety equipment because you could pick up some speed or fall off if you are not careful. I can't speak to durability at this point because I haven't had it long enough. I probably would have given the scooter 5 stars if it weren't for the poor instruction manual. I would recommend this item to others.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Marieplus3 The Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter is so much fun and great exercise. My daughter had to remind me that i picked this scooter for the kids to play. I did not want to get off. When you first get the scooter you have to attach the handle bar. It comes with instructions and a little wrench perfect to get the job done. It won't take more than a minute. To keep the the scooter open there are two knobs by the front wheel. These knobs must be turned in opposite directions to lock the steering and handle bars in place to keep the scooter open. To close the scooter just turn the knobs back in the opposite direction. The scooter also comes with a velcro strap to keep the two foot stands together otherwise every time you try to pick it up it will fall open and its a bit heavy. You can get hurt. The Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter is well built and very sturdy. My kids' father tried it and he weighs 168lbs. The scooter held up very well under his weight. It is very easy to balance on this scooter because of the three wheel design. Each foot has its own space and you don't have to worry about balancing both your feet on one narrow board. The brake is located on the right hand side of the handle bar. My daughter had to use it as she gained speed going down a little hill and it worked very well. We all loved theYvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter and had fun trying it out. I will be buying the smaller version for my 4yo daughter. She is too small for this model and it is recommended for people age 7+. This is definitely a purchase well worth the money for anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bethaniaz The Y Fliker A3 Air is such an amazing self-propelling scooter. It will keep your kids entertained for hours and hours. I love how this gets my kids to put down the video games and tablets and they’re excited to go outdoors and ride. First of all the scooter pretty much comes assembled , all you have to do is pull up the bar and lock it into place by turning 2 knobs and also putting the handle bar into place â€_ literally it takes no more than 5 minutes. It’s a good thing that the assembly is basic because the instruction manual doesn’t provide much on how to put it together just a few pictures , I got more information about the scooter from the outside of the box the scooter came in as opposed to the instructions however the manual does tell you how to care for the scooter. The weight capacity for the scooter is 175lbs and the age range is 7 +. The Y Fliker is so easy to transport and store all you have to do is unscrew both knobs and lay it flatâ€_simple enough. The rubber hand grips are comfortable and it also has a handbrake. The footplates are also a good size. For a kid first using the Y Fliker it takes some practice before they get the hang of it, it took my daughter (7 years old) about 30 minutes before learning the motion of getting it to propel, she kept wanting the twist the handle bar instead of twisting from her waist down to get the movementâ€_ but finally after learning she took off and there was no stopping her, she’s now learning how to drift and do other tricks. They do make these for kids under 7 as well. This scooter is fantastic and if you are thinking about purchasing one DO IT, you won’t regret it â€" let’s get kids back outside playing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from whitetiger24 Set-up is a little bit of a pain, but once it’s together, this scooter is a lot of fun! It comes in a box folded in half with the handle bars off. You unfold it and get the holes to line up and screw the bolts in, then use the wrench and attach the handle bars. The directions are in 5 pictures that are not clear, but it’s easy to figure out once getting the holes lined up. The directions say it comes with a tool that it does not come with. It came with a little wrench instead, that worked. They need to update their picture directions. It only takes minutes to set up. The description says it is for ages 7+, but my 5 year old is tall and athletic, so I thought she could handle it, and she can. My 5 year old was able to figure out how to make it go very quickly. It’s a little big for her, but not a problem at all. I have also used it. The weight limit is 80 kg or 176 lb, so adults can use it too. It is not so much moving your hips to make it go as it is closer to roller blading when you push off with each leg alternating. It’s easy and quick to figure out, and you can get it going pretty fast. The handles are a soft but strong rubbery plastic. Softer than normal bike handles. The foot stands are a hard plastic, and sturdy. The scooter can fold up and comes with a strap to keep it folded up for transporting or storing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from kaskasero Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter, Black/Red This product is really amazing it is designed for self-propelling fun. My two daughters really love it. We received this product just on time were having a big family reunion so I decided to bring this Evolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter and there you go every body in the family tried it and found it easy to used and fun to ride. This Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter, Black/Red color combination, it is a pretty heavy scooter, meaning it will last as expected. The color combination is perfect the total weight of this scooter is 8.1 kg or 17.9 lbs, the recommended user age are 7+ or maximum of 80 kg / 175 lbs, but since in the family reunion gathering almost every one tried and used this awesome scooter even my self tried and ride with it even though I’m more than 200 lbs the scooter can handle more than the recommended weight limit, mind you this scooter is tough, but handle it with care. It comes with nice appealing box with handle. It arrives with one piece tools to assemble the handle bar grip, its easy to assemble but it needs different sizes of wrench to adjust other parts of the scooter to make it sure everything is in proper alignment and properly tighten for safety. It is recommended to check bolts and nuts every 6 months to ensure safety and to maintain good performance. I definitely recommend this product to a friends and relatives.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PapaSpice The Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter is so much fun for the kids...and adults too! I can't pull my 11 & 9 year olds away from it!! It is a 3 wheeled scooter with two foot rests. Easy to use. You move the scooter by moving your hips & legs from side to side. I get it going by pushing my foot along the ground like a normal scooter and then with the momentum I move side to side. There is a hand brake for quick stops. The handle bars have soft black rubber on them for a comfortable grip. The scooter also folds up for easy and convenient storage! The weight limit goes up to 220lbs. There is some assembly required but it's very minimal. My husband put it together within 15 minutes and said it wasn't hard at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from FootballMonkey he Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter is quite different from the standard scooter that requires one foot to push along the ground to propel. With this scooter, you can keep both feet on the scooter and twist your body back and forth to propel it. It is difficult to explain, but pretty easy to figure out how to use. With this three wheeled, Y shaped scooter, there is no problem with balancing on the scooter like there is with the typical two wheel (inline) variety (in other words you can stand on it when it is not moving without bracing with one foot on the ground). All our kids (3-boys) and their friends really seem to enjoy this type and it is bound to be good exercise. Even though we have countless other scooters and bicycles they all want to take turns riding this, perhaps mostly because it is unique. We got the black and red model (there are several other color options) and are really happy with the way it looks. There are hand and foot grips that prevent slippage, and a hand brake to stop. If you are worried about space, this scooter can be easily folded up really small to store when not in use (see picture). A very small amount of assembly is required, and it comes with the only tool required. Overall we are happy with our new toy, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from l8dluck This scooter is absolutely awesome. I let several kids (my nieces) use it and they all loved it. They were ages 10, 9, and even a 6 year old. They had absolutely no problem learning how to handle it. They liked being able to put both feet on and they loved trying tricks on the scooter. To be honest, I am not sure if they will be able to enjoy their "regular" scooters as much after this! Both wheels in the rear can rotate and turn. (see picture) This is what enables the kids to be able to drift and do other cool tricks. Kids use one foot to gain speed and quickly put that foot on the scooter. While cruising, they can do all sorts of turns and tricks. For those concerned about the potential speed and turning, there is a brake located on the handlebar. To me, I think its an absolutely great feature. For those with kids on the younger end of the spectrum, the brake will help a lot. Kids have to get used to handling it especially with a lot of momentum. Training them to use the brake the minute it feels like its getting out of control is great. The brake is a subtle brake that won't send them flying off the scooter! Another cool feature I like is the ability to store the scooter. There are wheels with springs that you use to lock in the front when setting up. To collapse it for storage, you simply push them in and turn the opposite direction. (see picture) While it is not the lightest to carry, its certainly not as heavy as a bike. Your kids will love this. Its easy to assemble and such a great twist on the ordinary "scooter".

Rated 4 out of 5 by from MizzLBC I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I do not keep up with the latest toys until it gets closer to Christmas or if it is brought to my attention by one of my girls. When I saw this item I was like, this looks like fun and an upgraded scooter. As soon as this item arrived, my nine year old daughter was like, "cool, mommy I seen that one television." I went ahead and put the item together and that was a piece of cake. However, we did not get the piece you are suppose to use for the wheels, however we already had one at home so that was not an issue. We then went outside and attempted to use this item and this is where all the fun begun. I attempted to get on the scooter first and had no luck what so ever. I told my daughter it is like riding a bike with no training wheels. Well, I know how to ride a bike with no training wheels. But getting on this thing was a mystery. I only attempted to get on this thing once because I knew busting my butt was not what I wanted to do. After me trying and clearly over the weight requirement listed on the box, I let my nine year attempt. She did not have the best of luck for the first five minutes but she eventually got and she really enjoys this item and wants to get on it everyday. My poor six year old wants to try it out so bad but I will not allow her to try it because she is not old enough for one and while on this thing, if you do not do it properly, you will end up hurting yourself. Overall, we like it. It is highly recommended for older kids only.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from widowmother I sent a message on facebook so i could ask a few questions. I got a responce back with in a few hours. Took a bit to arrive. Heavy. For me it is. Said 22 pounds. Packaged good. Came with a tool taped to the inside of the box to tightem the screws with. I liked that. Handy. Only thing you attatch is the handle bars so it was no big deal as far as assembly goes. Got it assembled and functional with in minutes. My daughter is 9 years old. Taller and more muscular then kids her age so i was worried of course if this would be for younger more patite kids. I was told it should be fine for her. I tried explaining to her to move her feel legs and hips not hands on the handle bars but you know kids know it all. I mention this because she did move the handle bars back and forth for about 10 minutes before getting off. That motion loosened the screw between the handle bars and front wheel which in turn loosened the handle bars and wheel throwing it out of allignment. I had to dig out a wrench, an old one, thank goodness it even fit to tighten that screw. She got the right motion rather quickly after that. Also comes with a strap to secure around the folded scooter. Saves on space folded. I like that. I must say, this really is cool. It was so extremely hot and tropical level humidity outside we were forced inside to cool off. She did not want to go inside instead wanted to stay and practice. I promised first thing tomorrow morning when it is cooler with less humidity we could go back outside and use it. Easier to use on cement. Even ground perferably. Even a slight incline can be hard to keep it moving. Also when you tighten the screw knob things when unfolding it, it is easier to get the feet part into the right position if you do it from the front with the back of the scooter facing away from you. The feet part should be slightly off balance, when set up to go. The off balance is what helps the back and forth swaying motion to propell it forward. Moves the back wheels creating a forward motion. Much cooler then a regular 2 wheel scooter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from GravyzTrain Don't let the box intimidate you. It is about as easy to put together as putting on your shoes. Unfolds easily and requires just 2 nuts to tighten. Stores easily. My 9-year old daughter jumper right on and was a pro instantly. She was whizzing around the park and handled the scooter easily. I strongly recommend protective gear for any age or level of ability, as with any scooter or bike. She loves this and it is was a much better investment than another bike.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Semperfimommy2014 This scooter is so cool! I got it for my seven year old little boy and he absolutely loves it! He isn't able to ride a bike without training wheels yet, so when approached with this scooter, he thought he wouldn't be able to do it. Surprise! He was pro at it from the get-go. It has a weight limit of 175 pounds, so I was pleased I got to try it out, as well! The age suggestion on the scooter is seven and up. It is completely different than a regular scooter where you push off with your foot. This requires movement of the hips and legs to propel yourself forward without even having to put your feet down unless you're getting on it. It definitely is slick looking! The red and black color are very sharp and the red looks awesome as the accent on the handle bars and foot grips. It is easy to collapse, but not easy enough that it would collapse while riding. There are two small round accent colored covered screws that hold the bar in place and keep it upright. To collapse it, all you do is unscrew it and it easily folds up and you can take it with you! It works best on pavement, definitely not grass or rocks. Depending on how fast the child can move, it dictates how fast they can go. It is a lot of fun and a REALLY great quality for the price! It would be a perfect present for any child, seven and up. I can see how it would attract a lot of attention from other kids and be considered 'in style'. I have no complaints about the product, as it came mostly assembled except the handlebar, and that was very easy to put on with the small wrench included.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from MAC92 The Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter is a pretty neat take on the everyday scooter. The cool difference is that instead of kicking and pushing to get momentum, you move your hips and legs like downhill skiing. So, there is no down time. As long as you are moving your hips and legs, the scooter is moving. Cool concept. I got this for my 7 yo son who is almost 50" in height. It is just right for him size wise. There is plenty of room for him to grow with this scooter. There is a little bit of a learning curve when you first get on. It seems a little awkward, but as soon as you start moving, it becomes second nature. You just lean side to side with your legs and off you go. I actually tried this first. It is FUN!!!! What was exciting was when I realized I could drift! While you can ride this scooter on a sidewalk or similar area, I think the best area would be like a parking lot or basketball court where you can really move around. That is where my son has a blast. We go to the elementary school down the street after hours and he has a blast! With all the things kids have now, it is awesome that this scooter has a twist and stow feature so that you can put it away. We do not have anymore room in the garage floor., si it is great that we can fold this up and slide it on a shelf. The scooter itself is approximately 41 x 31 x 25. It is made from reinforced steel tubing with cushy grips on the handles. It has a great quick response hand brake that really stops well. Amazingly, this thing Can handle up to 220 pounds so my son and I can both use it and have lots of fun! Assembly was a snap. In fact, my husband was laughing saying that it was the quickest and easiest thing he has ever had to put together for the kiddos! :) There is a smaller flicker, but I wanted this one as my son could use it for several years instead of growing out of it after 6 months. The handle does not adjust for height, so look at the pictures or measure your child before determining which one to purchase. The price for this scooter was just right in my opinion. It is heavy duty and seems like it will last. I am tired of purchasing for a few months play. This awesome scooter will provide several years of great fun for the whole family. We love it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from  LikeroftheFlike60 I loved this. I like that it is not electric, and you have to make it move so it gives you exercise. It was easy to use. Leaning to the left or right and making it turn felt safe. I didn't feel like I was going to fall off. It provides a much smoother ride than it looks like it would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from twiceamom The Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter, Black/Red was simple to assemble, however the directions included steps that had already been completed at the factory and the drawings accompanying the directions were difficult to figure out what was trying to be indicated. Regardless, there was not much to the assembly- probably about 5 minutes once I tossed the poor directions. The item folds flat for storage and when you want to use it, you flip the handlebars upright and tighten them with knobs located near the front wheel. The brake is fairly abrupt so warn the kids not go too fast until they get used to the braking mechanism. To use the product you wiggle your hips back and forth and turning requires a transfer of weight or a lean to one side or the other. The feet remain on the scooter all of the time. This particular item was supposed to be for younger kids, however my 13 year old (average sized for his age) can use this with no issues. Due to the unique nature of the motion and the inability to stop without using the hand brake, I would always require helmets and be very wary of hill riding.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Dontliketowastemoney My son loves the Yvolution Y Fliker A3 Air Scooter with the nice Black/Red color. It was easy to assembly and its easy to store due to its unique folding design. The maximum weight to operate the scooter is up to 220lbs so my son will be able to enjoy it for a very long time. It took him only a few minutes to get into the flow of the scooter. The scooter he had before was a one foot push and glide scooter that had a foot board that looked more like a skate board. However this scooter has separate and enhanced foot grips that are actually more stable. Once he learned all he needed to do was sway side to side he was on his way. Their is a hand brake for the scooter which is reliable and easy to locate. This is a fun way for my son to stay active and enjoy himself at the same time.It has really been a great addition to his outdoor entertainment this Summer. I'm so impressed I plan to buy a scooter for myself. This would be an awesome source of cardio for an adult as well because it keeps your whole body engaged without being overwhelming.
