Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG! Get this book! Learned something new on every page. Had NO idea there was so much bad stuff in my cupboards. Definitely a must-have for anyone who loves junk food... or any type of food! The pull-out list is awesome. Will be taking it grocery shopping with me from now on. I'm using the Glossary to check every ingredient in my kitchen. Biggest surprise is that there are amazing and clean products right next to the junky ones on the store shelf, and I never would have noticed them if Unjunk didn't point them out. Best part: it's an easy read. Definitely not another boring nutrition book. I'm going to buy it for everyone I know.
