Rated 1 out of 5 by from Propaganda Bill Rowe and Danny Williams chant "blame Ottawa" as though all the problems of NL can be laid at that door. This books lacks context, analysis, and creditability. NL went bankrupt long before it joined confederation. Williams had the good luck to be premier when off-shore oil took off. One day, a qualified historian will examine his leadership or dictatorship and expose the intimidation and nastiness at its core.
