Accounts of his travels in Mexico, Sweden, England, France, and Italy include fascinating encounters with Laurier LaPierre, Bill Glassco, David Earle, and Adrienne Clarkson and writers Barry Callaghan, Mavis Gallant, and Gore Vidal.
