Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love, Love, Love this book I've had this book for a little while now and every recipe I've made has been amazing. They are even "Hubby Approved" who is a very picky eater! I regularly make something from this book once to twice a week for either dinner or lunches.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic!! Absolutely love this book! Love the approach of the fed and fit project, absolutely love the exercise suggestions added at the end. But most of all, I absolutely love the recipes!!! I've made many of the recipes in this book, and of all the paleo cookbooks I have, I must say this is my favourite! The recipes are so good, and easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone looking for a paleo program and recipes and anyone simply looking for good healthy recipes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolute Must-Have! I've never written a book review before, but I'm such a fan of Cassy Joy Garcia and this book, that I just had to! This book does not disappoint! The recipes included are as squeaky clean as they come! None of the recipes are overly difficult to make, most with a minimal list of ingredients, and each recipe is explained really well. I have been cooking from this, and only this cookbook, for the past two months and have absolutely loved 99.99% of the meals that I've made! The Tuscan Chicken Fritatta is my absolute fave! The beginning of the book delves into the science behind her 28 day plan and includes a wealth of information, it's also really well written. Cassy really did an amazing job breaking down the information to make it more understandable and easy to assimilate into real life. The workout section is also great, and the workouts are absolutely no joke! I love that Cassy and Juli Bauer included these workouts, also that they can be done from home. Sometimes I have a hard time justifying purchasing a cookbook when so much is available online, but I would absolutely recommend this book! It's 100% worth it! And so much more than just a cookbook!
