Rated 5 out of 5 by from French baking at its finest Simply love Betty's cookbook. Have been going to Beaucoup Bakery for years and her recipes are easy to follow and to understand. I also really like the fact that she includes information about the basics of French baking! My favourite recipe is the sable cookies - perfect for the holiday season. Also, the book is a paperback and the spine is done in a way where when you open it up to a recipe, it stays flat. Ideal for when you're trying to look at a recipe and get all your measurements right.
