Rated 4 out of 5 by from follow, then improve upon it There's a going places contest and each child in the classroom is given a go-cart kit. Rafael follows the directions exactly, but when he sees what Maya is building his whole perspective changes. This story is a fine example of following your own ideas and dreams, and not having to be just like everybody else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for kids! I book this for my 5 year old nephew and he loved it. I think the concept would be too much for a younger child, and my nephew will only grow to love it more and he understands the "lesson".
