Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful Resource for Teachers, Parents and Children Do you want a more peaceful and happier classroom that is calm and just simply feels amazing? Do you want a more calm and peaceful home life in the hustle and bustle of daily life? Do you want to have the power to live your life to the fullest? If the answer is yes to any of these questions then this book is a ‘MUST HAVE’. Whether you are beginning or experienced at using mindfulness tools, this book is an absolute necessity. Not only has it armed me with the necessary tools and strategies to create this peaceful environment, but it has also taught my students how they can independently use these strategies everyday throughout the day. The cool thing is the more you use the tools the more powerful they become. It will change who the students are now and in the future. In addition to having such a positive impact in my classroom, this book has also improved the home life for my own children and I, who are using the mindful tools daily. The power of this book is the way it is written that supports children and adults as they make connections to their own lives on every page. This book really is life changing! Thank you Trina Markusson for sharing your story! Grade 1 Teacher

Rated 5 out of 5 by from FANTASTIC BOOK I just read this book to my son last night for the first time (and not the last) after a family member passed away. My son has anxiety issues and has been in counseling for them, the content in this book has helped him remember some of the tools he was taught but had forgotten about. I will also admit that this was a fantastic read for myself as remember to focus on what is happening right in this moment and appreciate it. My son commented on how much he loved the story and he so enjoyed the illustrations too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must have book! Such a fantastic book! It manages to be relevant to both kids who are worriers and those who only feel nervous about the occasional quiz or big game. Written in a way that teaches kids mindfulness tools through an interesting story, without them realizing they are learning important skills! This book doesn't just teach children, it is a huge help to parents of worriers that might not be able to relate to what their children are feeling and be looking for a way to help.
