Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great How To I enjoy following the information and have basil growing with other herbs and will now try cherry tomatoes, arugula, lettuce and peas. Such a great idea to use windowsills for growing especially in our season of frost finishing at the end of June and starting again in Sept. There is a lot of information and great ideas and I am sure I will be using this book year round for growing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it So much more than just growing sprouts. This book shows you how to grow containers of actual vegetables. I think this is just fantastic as we do not all live on the west coast and have mild winters. While my garden is under several feet of snow I can have spinach and chard growing on my window ledge. Cheers.
