Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great cookbook! Finally a seafood cookbook that home chefs can actually use! The recipes use ingredients that I already have in my pantry and are simple enough that my daughter and I can prepare meals together. I also really like the fact that the seafood used is sustainable.
