Rated 3 out of 5 by from My new Roots I own this cookbook and have tried a few of the simpler recipes from it. The pictures are beautiful but the book is full of dishes that seem too fiddly to make for this reason I haven't tried making many of them. It is also heavy on the salad. If you are a vegan many of the recipes especially the desserts rely on eggs and its noted that it would be hard to replace with non vegan substitutes.

The Coconut Cardamom Blueberry Snack Cake is a personal favourite, as I've already made it a handful of times.

Wow...the recipes and photos are so inspiring....and the coding...V, GF is useful...however there is no table that explains the coding either at the beginning or the end of the book. For people new to the business of healthy eating...it would be useful...I had to look up a couple abbreviations online
