Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Thai Cookbook I've Found I found this book online and bought it on spec. because it was described as being for people that wanted to experiment with Thai food in Western kitchens. I was astounded at how easy it was to find ingredients but more astounded at how easy the recipes were, how incredibly delicious and I DID IT! Had a few friends over for a Thai dinner and two had been to Thailand. They said that the flavours were authentic and they wanted to get the book too. Really great instructions and oh the flavours.... would highly recommend this to anyone interested in taking the plunge and experimenting with this style of cooking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't wait to own a copy I heard an interview with the author on CBC. He gave examples of the receipes that are in this book. He uses ingredients that are easy to get here. I am looking forward to experimenting with different spices.
