Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful book on local BC fruits Was given this book for Christmas as my mom knows I love a good cookbook. Beautifully illustrated,with recipes for all seasons. Best of all it's not just another baking cook book. It ranges from salads, to pork, salmon, scones, cakes, muffins and so much more. It will be used frequently in our home. It's a cookbook I'd recommend to everyone having in their homes. By the way, the salmon recipe it amazing, cooked it up tonight. Bon Appetite!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gorgeous recipes I bought this book for my Mom as a Christmas gift. Well, I gave it to her early and we decided to whip up the Quinoa Apple Salad last night. It was delicious and everyone loved it. In fact, I am eating some right now for lunch. The cookbook has beautiful photos and the recipes are spaced out very well and easy to read and understand. The author offers suggestions for using different fruit for a recipe, so they could be made throughout the year. There are some very inventive takes on more traditional recipes like gingerbread, scones, preserves and peach pie. The chocolate cherry scones caught my eye!!
