Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for the beginner I read this book when I was less than a year into my running journey and it was such a valuable resource. If you're just starting out, this book will be perfect for you. Helpful tips on everything from how to run to the importance to strengthening exercises to weight loss tips. Every female runner should have this on her shelf.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Helpful Resource Good book that is succinct and personal. I found it had useful information that can be very beneficial for the novice runner but less critical for those who have been running for a couple of years already. I did wish there was more information but was happy overall. There are some great nuggets in there, good pictures for stretching and strength training and varied training program suggestions. A nice addition to a runner's library that does have that woman's perspective which was very helpful for me.
