Rated 4 out of 5 by from True to Life I loved that the author of this book was true to life, letting us know that while she's got all this good advice on how to get started and maintain a slow life, she didn't come by it one day and that was that. She put in the work, and still does. Slow living is an intentional choice, one that we make every moment of every day.
