Rated 4 out of 5 by from great I bought this book a few months back, but....i was procrastinating in reading it! I don't know why... maybe i was afraid of what I would discover...but i came a point in my life where I was sick and tired of the way i was constantly letting myself down by not doing the things i was supposed to do. Like I was not "living"..And so i picked it up. I read it... and I must say it took a while..with completing the exercises in the book and with reading with an open mind ready for application, today I am a changed person.. I don't procrastinate half as much! and life seems like an interesting adventure every day :)
