Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing as ussual. Like all the other books I've read by this author I could not put this down and I read it within a few hours. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves children, or who is a foster carer. (foster parent) While this story and all of her books are based in Britain anyone can relate to someone as who takes a child in her home, her family and her heart. A box of Kleenex is needed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DISAPPOINTED. I give this book a 2 of 5. The story got off focus several times when Cathy Glass described her lovely garden, the nice weather, her meal planning, her own children and their everyday activities. This evasive style of writing is not the for impatient, like myself. The easygoing and soft story telling style is mismatched with the severity of the horrific violation that Zeena survived. There was also a lot of repetition throughout the book and I was tempted not to finish it. The reader eventually discovers what Zeena sadly endured and why she wanted to leave home. With the help of some very professional and caring social workers, Zeena was happily rescued in the end. This book has more valleys than peaks.
