Rated 5 out of 5 by from Literally Mouth-Watering Got this book from the library today, flipped through it, then leapt online to order it. Beautifully photographed food of delicious recipes that had my mouth watering. Well-written step-by-step instructions that are so much more than the old, 'cook until done.' There is also an extensive introduction that includes ingredient and technique breakdowns, in addition to a short chapter on wine pairing. Having recently adopted a diet that is less reliant on animal protein, I greatly appreciate a vegetable cookbook that is so much more than salads and sides. All that, and Canadian too!
