Leanne's was by far the most informative book I have read and she really went into detail to explain the way that a keto diet works and how it affects your body. The meal plans and grocery lists in this book are such a time saver and the recipes are absolutely fantastic. This book is a must buy and I will be recommending to all of my friends.

Brilliantly written and full of delicious, well thought out recipes to make the keto diet a lifestyle. Leanne has captured every aspect of keto living, with incredible knowledge about how to successfully change your main fuel from glucose to fat. Love that all the recipes are dairy and gluten free. This book is so fantastic for not only a keto beginner but a seasoned veteran as well; it's jam packed with so much great information and even though I have been keto for a long time I learned a lot of great stuff. I love that this book is both a how to guide and a cookbook, it's really everything you need in one amazing resource. The mouth watering recipes are easy to follow and don't use a lot of crazy ingredients and the reference section & quick recipe lookup are a dream for this busy mum!! This book does NOT disappoint!

Some mis-information, [i.e. Sucralose (AKA Splenda) is not a healthy alternative or substitute for Agave or similar Organic Sweeteners for replacing white sugars in your diet.] but on the whole it says the opposite of most diets for losing weight. I hope someone tries it and lets us know what the results are. Also, the largest meal is supposed to be Breakfast to get you through the day with Dinner being the smallest, however, if it helps get you through the night without having any Diabetic issues just be sure to alter the diet plan with your doctor to ensure you get the best balance for your body.
