It makes it so much easier to get through each day with the helpful tips and encourages you to be aware of what you are eating and how you are feeling. It includes a remind of the program rules and allows you to use it as a Whole30 log. Wish I had this for previous rounds.

I am currently doing my 3rd Whole30, but purchased this book to help keep me motivated and on track as I felt during my other Whole30's I just muddled through, but didn't keep track of things that happened, and I don't think I really got what I needed from the challenge, such as the knowledge of my triggers and symptoms. Highly recommend this work book to anyone doing the Whole30 for the 1st time or the 10th time.
