Rated 5 out of 5 by from One Of My Favorite Novels I've read this novel multiple times, and every time I read it the story always thrills me. Perfect for tweens-teens who love a contemporary romance novel. Somehow relatable (even though the story is about a romance between a pop star and a regular girl), and the alternating views between the two main characters is beautifully written

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun read! This was a really fun read. I'd never read anything by Erin Watt before but was intrigued by the synopsis. I got through it in a day. I like easy reads with happy endings and this is a perfect book to curl up with on a weekend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fun and sexy read I love Erin Watt! They write in a realistic way, from female and male perspectives, but without being sexist. Though it's a cliche story (celebrity fake dates 'normal' person only to fall in real love with them), Erin Watt still make it enjoyable. I read this book in one sitting, that's how fast it hooked me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm fangirling over this book!!! Aaahhhh oh my god I loved this book!!! I feel like a fangirl who can't speak right now (which is very fitting considering what the book is about hehe) Ok, let me compose myself. When I picked up this ARC, I thought it was going to be fun and cute. And it WAS fun and cute. Definitely. But it was also more. I fell in love with the characters. It was hilarious. I laughed out loud on multiple occasions. I thought the dual POV was really well done, and I also really enjoyed the fact that this was a bit more of a "mature" YA read. I thought the way the story and love flowed was really realistic and raw. The casual talk about sex (and other sex activities that are almost never mentioned in YA books) was well done in my opinion. It definitely wasn't a main part of the book, but when it came up it was very natural and wasn't raunchy or overdone. There was a bit more to the story too, than just a cutesy love story. There was depth to the characters and their inner thoughts and back stories were definitely more than just "cutesy". It was still fairly cutesy, but I love cutesy stories, so for me, this one was just.. great. Because it had the cute, please-don't-try-to-find-this-in-real-life-cuz-you'll-be-disappointed type love story that I always just melt for, along with well constructed characters (and Oakley, I mean, frigggg I loved him soooo much haha), but it also had that little bit more that just made the story seem so much more deep and real. I absolutely loved this book and had no trouble at all just sitting down for hours at a time to read this in less than three days. I'm so glad I had the opportunity to read an ARC of this and I will definitely be buying a finished copy when it comes out.
