Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Favourite Plant-Based Book This is one of my favourite plant-based books! All of her recipes are amazingly delicious and she makes it so easy! Although I have been into a plant-based lifestyle for over a year know and thought I knew a lot about cooking, the first half of her book was a great read and I learned a few more tips and tricks! I think this book is great for any level of plant-based eating. The only downside to this book is that I am not a fan of some of the recipes I tried, but that doesn't mean I won't cook other recipes from the book!)
