INDIGO PRESENTS: Food for Learning: How to feed your child for food success

Indigo Presents:

Nutrition for Back to School: How to feed your child for success

Anxiety? Trouble focusing? Aggression? With school right around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about how we can set our kids up for success. If your child is struggling with mood, learning or behaviour, whether or not they have a diagnosis, they’re not alone. Many of these issues can be improved with food, a vastly under-utilized and powerful tool. This workshop is designed to help parents and teachers further understand the connection between food and behaviour. We’ll outline simple diet changes that make a big difference and leave you with resources you can implement right away to help kids calm down, focus better, feel better and function at their best.
