Unlike the previous reviewer who thought it was just 'meh', to me the book helped me realize what I've been unknowingly doing to myself all these years and the effect it has had.

This book started out strongly with helpful ideas, examples, and exercises but that initial strength of the book eventually wore out. After that, the book, to me, read like any other self-help book on the market. It was mediocre and it didn't have any revolutionary or new ideas/concepts. Would I recommend this book for personal development? Probably not. But at the same time, it was an okay read, I just didn't come away from it with anything that I had not known before.
