Rated 4 out of 5 by from Eye opener This book opened my eyes to how hard I am on myself. I would show my family and friends the compassion I should have also shown myself. Worth a read!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh This was an okay read and aid in personal development. This book started out strongly with helpful ideas, examples, and exercises but that initial strength of the book eventually wore out. After that, the book, to me, read like any other self-help book on the market. It was mediocre and it didn't have any revolutionary or new ideas/concepts. Would I recommend this book for personal development? Probably not. But at the same time, it was an okay read, I just didn't come away from it with anything that I had not known before.
