Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegy for Eddie: A Maisie Dobbs novel Jacqueline Winspear has again produced a most engaging novel - her ninth in the Maisie Dobbs series. Far from formulaic, the character development is such that each one leapt off the page and in to my heart and mind. I'll not soon forget them! Enjoyable, engaging reads, all.
